Badge is cut from 3/4 premium pine (no knots) with a CNC. Sanded and painted gold, then laser engraved as shown with personalization. It is then finished with a clear gloss polyurethane and gets 2 to 3 coats that protects from moisture and UV. Due to the unique characteristic of every piece of wood no 2 badges are the same.
