Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the custom nature of most of our products we typically do not accept returns for change of mind. If we made a mistake in your order we will happily make it correct and send the right items.
Please send photos with your request.
Order Processing Time:
All items are created after you place your order. Most orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. This all depends on the product, order size and time of year.
Shipping from San Diego:
Shipping is on most items are a flat rate for first item and and additional $0.10 for additional items. Almost all items will ship via USPS ground or priority (your choice) and occasionally UPS for large orders.
I no longer ship internationally.
Priority Shipping and Rush Orders:
Upgrading to priority or express shipping is just for the shipping after product is created. It does not move you up in the creating process. If you are looking for your order by a particular date or need a rush order please email me and make the request. Rush orders will be charged an extra fee that is based on the current workload and when you need it by. Rush fees will be invoiced after order is placed and order will not be started till paid.
